Trump's Truth Social Teases Utility Token Rewards in New $9.99 'Patriot Package' Subscription

Trump Media & Technology Group is doubling down on its crypto ambitions with the announcement of a new reward-based utility token tied to its upcoming “Patriot Package” TV streaming bundle on Truth Social.

Revealed Wednesday, the $9.99 per month subscription—currently in beta—offers exclusive access to what it describes as “non-woke” media content, and promises users the chance to earn digital “gems” based on their platform activity. These gems, the company says, will eventually convert into a utility token that will function across both the Truth Social app and its streaming platform, Truth+.

Trump Media first floated the idea in April, telling shareholders it was working on a digital wallet integration that would allow users to use tokens to pay for subscriptions and other future services. The firm appears to be positioning the token as the core of a broader crypto-integrated ecosystem.

This move follows several recent crypto-related filings by Trump Media, including applications for a spot Bitcoin ETF, a Bitcoin-Ether combo ETF, and a “Crypto Blue Chip” ETF that would include major digital assets like BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, and CRO.

With crypto and content merging, Trump Media seems determined to evolve Truth Social beyond a social platform—pushing it toward a full-stack digital media and blockchain hub.
