Trump Media and Crypto.com Join Forces to Launch Truth Predict
Donald Trump’s media empire is expanding its reach into blockchain-powered prediction markets. On Tuesday, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) announced a new partnership with Crypto.com to launch “Truth Predict,” a prediction market platform set to operate within the Truth Social app — the same platform Trump regularly uses to communicate with his followers.
The new venture aims to combine the viral dynamics of social media with the financial appeal of decentralized betting. According to TMTG’s statement, Truth Predict will “democratize information” by allowing users to wager on real-world outcomes such as elections, sports, or cryptocurrency prices — echoing the functionality of event-based trading platforms like Kalshi and Polymarket.
“For too long, global elites have tightly controlled access to these markets,” the company’s announcement read. “With Truth Predict, we’re empowering everyday Americans to transform free speech into actionable foresight.”
This development comes just weeks after a Nevada court rejected Crypto.com’s attempt to block state gaming regulations — a decision that may have spurred the exchange to double down on U.S. partnerships. Aligning with Trump Media could provide Crypto.com with both political and cultural leverage as it navigates a challenging regulatory landscape.
TMTG emphasized its strong financial footing, citing over $3 billion in assets and its first quarter of positive cash flow since going public last year. With these resources, the firm says it is “well-positioned” to turn Truth Predict into a major player in the prediction market space.
The beta rollout of Truth Predict will begin soon within Truth Social, with a full-scale U.S. launch to follow. Global expansion is also on the roadmap.
Prediction markets have surged in popularity amid growing demand for decentralized platforms that reflect real-time public sentiment. During the last U.S. presidential race, Polymarket attracted billions in wagers, reaching a $9 billion valuation earlier this month — a sign of the explosive growth potential TMTG hopes to capture.
This isn’t the first collaboration between Trump Media and Crypto.com. Earlier this year, the two companies integrated Crypto.com’s CRO token into Truth Social’s rewards program, allowing users to earn and spend digital assets across the platform’s ecosystem.
If successful, Truth Predict could redefine how political and social discourse translates into market dynamics — turning Trump’s online following into one of the world’s most active forecasting communities.
