Bitcoin's price surpasses $65,000 in a surge fueled by anticipation of the upcoming halving event

Bitcoin's rally gains momentum as it approaches the highly anticipated halving event and sees increased inflows into bitcoin ETFs. During European morning hours on Monday, Bitcoin (BTC) surged past the $65,000 threshold, edging closer to its all-time peak of $69,000 reached in November 2021.

In the past 24 hours alone, BTC has recorded a growth of over 6%. Evidently, a combination of euphoric sentiment, heightened institutional buying interest, and the historical precedent of gains associated with bitcoin's halving event are propelling the asset towards surpassing its previous lifetime highs of $69,000 by March.
