When hiring staff, click on the resume and see what Genre they are under and there Speed or Fun bonus percentage, (10%, 20% or 30%). You can use newsletter / rerolls to change these staff for  different ones, or at 00:00 GMT, it will automatically refresh.

Ideally, try and get all staff under the same genre with a max of 30% each of either Fun Bonus or Speed Bonus. (Gold Frame). 

If you receive XP tokens in the Daily Combo or Store, use your blue, green and purple XP tokens to speed up the Hamster levelling progress.
