Golem (GNT) is a global network of computing systems which combine to form a giant, worldwide pool of processing power. Based on blockchain technology, Golem provides a digital ecosystem for the sharing and trading of computing power, which can be used for resource intensive tasks like graphics rendering, natural language processing (NLP), and even artificial intelligence operations.

The Golem ICO was launched in 2016 and raised 820,000 ETH – a USD sum of $340 million. The Golem project was founded by Julian Zawistowski, Piotr Janiuk and Andrzej Regulski.
